Talk To Him

Dear Readers,

If God gives you a task to do, do it till you complete it. If God gives you a gift, treasure it from the bottom of your heart.

Isaiah 7:13-14 and 9:1-7

Isaiah 7:13-14

13 Then Isaiah said, “Hear now, you house of David! Is it not enough to try the patience of humans? Will you try the patience of my God also? 14 Therefore the Lord himself will give you[c] a sign: The virgin[d] will conceive and give birth to a son, and[e] will call him Immanuel.[f]

Isaiah 9:1-7

1[a]Nevertheless, there will be no more gloom for those who were in distress. In the past he humbled the land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, but in the future he will honor Galilee of the nations, by the Way of the Sea, beyond the Jordan— The people walking in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of deep darkness a light has dawned. You have enlarged the nation and increased their joy; they rejoice before you as people rejoice at the harvest, as warriors rejoice when dividing the plunder. For as in the day of Midian’s defeat, you have shattered the yoke that burdens them, the bar across their shoulders, the rod of their oppressor. Every warrior’s boot used in battle and every garment rolled in blood will be destined for burning, will be fuel for the fire. For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the greatness of his government and peace there will be no end. He will reign on David’s throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever. The zeal of the Lord Almighty will accomplish this. The message of our Lord Jesus Christ was born by a virgin and was brought up at Galilee was told at least 400 years before it happened. Our Lord Jesus Christ was born to die for our sin and to gain back our relationship with God - we can preach to Jews that our Lord Jesus Christ is the Messiah. As we know God is the creator of heaven and earth, let us not bow down to any other gods that we come across, but except God, our Father in heaven. John 14:6-7 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you really know me, you will know[b] my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him.” Let us pray that we will obey His words.

As We Worship You by Don Moen

As we worship You, let all the world come and see
How the mercy we received from You can set them free
As we worship You, let all this joy that fills our hearts
Bring a hunger and a hope to those who strayed so far

As we bow in adoration and stand in reverent awe
Show Your majesty and glory, let Your anointing fall
As we declare Your name Lord Jesus as the only name who saves
May the power of Your salvation fill each heart we pray

As we worship You, let all the nations hear our song
Song of Jesus and His blood that proved His love for all
As we worship You, may all the lost and broken come
May they hear Your still small voice call out their names each one

As we bow in adoration and stand in reverent awe
Show Your majesty and glory, let Your anointing fall
As we declare Your name Lord Jesus as the only name who saves
May the power of Your salvation fill each heart we pray

As we worship You, let all the world come and see
How the mercy we received from You can set them free
As we worship You, let all this joy that fills our hearts
Bring a hunger and a hope to those who strayed so far

As we bow in adoration and stand in reverent awe
Show Your majesty and glory, let Your anointing fall
As we declare Your name Lord Jesus as the only Name who saves
May the power of Your salvation fill each heart we pray
As we worship You, as we worship You
As we worship You, as we worship You
As we worship You

Isaiah 29:13-24

13 The Lord says: “These people come near to me with their mouth and honor me with their lips,
but their hearts are far from me. Worship the Lord with your heart. Never forget how you give your heart and life to the Lord. Their worship of me is based on merely human rules they have been taught. 14 Therefore once more I will astound these people with wonder upon wonder; the wisdom of the wise will perish, the intelligence of the intelligent will vanish.” Remember He is the almighty God. With God, all things are possible - you might be just standing on the street and there He speaks to you. 15 Woe to those who go to great depths to hide their plans from the Lord, who do their work in darkness and think, “Who sees us? Who will know?” 16 You turn things upside down, as if the potter were thought to be like the clay! Shall what is formed say to the one who formed it, “You did not make me”? Can the pot say to the potter, “You know nothing”? You are the pot and He is the potter. How can He not know anything about you? Before you speak, He already knows what is your thought.

The Potter’s Hand by Darlene Zschech.

Beautiful Lord, wonderful saviour
I know for sure, all of my days are held in Your hands
Crafted into Your perfect plan

You gently call me, into Your presence
Guiding me by, Your Holy Spirit
Teach me dear Lord
To live all of my life through Your eyes

I'm captured by, Your Holy calling
Set me apart
I know You're drawing me to Yourself
Lead me Lord I pray

Take me, Mold me
Use me, Fill me
I give my life to the Potter's hands
Hold me, Guide me
Lead me, Walk beside me
I give my life to the Potter's hand

17 In a very short time, will not Lebanon be turned into a fertile field and the fertile field seem like a forest? 18 In that day the deaf will hear the words of the scroll, and out of gloom and darkness the eyes of the blind will see. 19 Once more the humble will rejoice in the Lord; the needy will rejoice in the Holy One of Israel. 20 The ruthless will vanish, the mockers will disappear, and all who have an eye for evil will be cut down—
21 those who with a word make someone out to be guilty, who ensnare the defender in court and with false testimony deprive the innocent of justice. 22 Therefore this is what the Lord, who redeemed Abraham, says to the descendants of Jacob: “No longer will Jacob be ashamed; no longer will their faces grow pale. 23 When they see among them their children, the work of my hands, they will keep my name holy; they will acknowledge the holiness of the Holy One of Jacob, and will stand in awe of the God of Israel.
24 Those who are wayward in spirit will gain understanding; those who complain will accept instruction.”

- Verses 17 to 24 were telling God’s people that the Lord would redeem them. Are these verses speaking to you? Have faith. If He had ever blessed you, He will bless you again. You just need to have faith. On your knees, speak to God. Tell Him your situation and how you feel about it; and ask God what you hope, need and want.

Isaiah 40:3-5

A voice of one calling: “In the wilderness prepare the way for the Lord[a]; make straight in the desert a highway for our God.[b] Every valley shall be raised up, every mountain and hill made low; the rough ground shall become level, the rugged places a plain. And the glory of the Lord will be revealed, and all people will see it together. For the mouth of the Lord has spoken.”   - It took hundreds of years for these words to realize but it doesn’t matter. What matters is Jesus Christ, the son of God came just as it was told. Matthew 3:1-3 1In those days John the Baptist came, preaching in the wilderness of Judea and saying, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.” This is he who was spoken of through the prophet Isaiah: “A voice of one calling in the wilderness, ‘Prepare the way for the Lord, make straight paths for him.’” Our Lord Jesus Christ came and preached to us the kingdom of God. He told us the truth, the way of living. He performed miracles – healing the sick, turning water into wine…because He is son of God. He was sent by God to die on the cross for our sin and to regain our relationship with God, our Father in heaven. He told us who we are. We are children of God. He is the one and only God to follow. Matthew 22-37 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ If we love God wholeheartedly, I doubt we have any problem to trust and obey God. It is not the end when our time is up on earth. We will be with God and many Christ followers when we are brought to heaven, isn’t great? I want you to know that you won’t be alone to accept God into your life. Many songs were written and sang to praise God for His love for us. This is one of them.

Listen To Our Hearts by Casting Crowns

How do you explain
How do you describe
A love that goes from East to West
And runs as deep as it is wide
You know all our hopes
Lord, You know all our fears
And words cannot express the love we feel
But we long for You to hear

So listen to our hearts
Hear our spirits sing
A song of praise that flows
For those You have redeemed
And we use the words we know
To tell you what an awesome God You are
But when words are not enough
To tell You of our love
Just listen to our hearts

If words could fall like rain
From these lips of mine
And if I had a thousand years
I would still run out of time
So if You listen to my heart
Every beat will say
Thank you for the Life
Thank you for the Truth
Thank you for the Way

And listen to hearts (oh, Lord, please listen)
Hear our spirits sing (and hear us sing)
A song of praise that flows (a song of praise)
From those of You have redeemed (from those You have redeemed)
And we will use the words we know
To tell you what an awesome God You are
But when words are not enough
To tell You of our love
Just listen to our hearts

So if You listen to my heart
Every beat will say
Thank You for the Life
Thank You for the Truth
Thank You for the Way

And listen to our hearts (oh, Lord, please listen)
Hear our spirits sing (and hear us sing)
A song of praise that flows (a song that flows)
From those of You have redeemed (from those You have redeemed)
And we will use the words we know
To tell You what an awesome God You are
But when words are not enough
To tell You of our love
Just listen to our hearts

When words are not enough
To tell You of our love
Just listen to our hearts
Listen to our hearts (oh, Lord, please listen)

Isaiah 40:12-14, 40:21-22, 40:25-31

Isaiah 40:12-14

12 Who has measured the waters in the hollow of his hand, or with the breadth of his hand marked off the heavens? Who has held the dust of the earth in a basket, or weighed the mountains on the scales and the hills in a balance? 13 Who can fathom the Spirit[d] of the Lord, or instruct the Lord as his counselor? 14 Whom did the Lord consult to enlighten him, and who taught him the right way? Who was it that taught him knowledge, or showed him the path of understanding?

Isaiah 40:21-22

21 Do you not know? Have you not heard? Has it not been told you from the beginning? Have you not understood since the earth was founded? 22 He sits enthroned above the circle of the earth, and its people are like grasshoppers. He stretches out the heavens like a canopy, and spreads them out like a tent to live in.

Isaiah 40:25-31

25 “To whom will you compare me? Or who is my equal?” says the Holy One. 26 Lift up your eyes and look to the heavens: Who created all these? He who brings out the starry host one by one and calls forth each of them by name. Because of his great power and mighty strength, not one of them is missing. 27 Why do you complain, Jacob? Why do you say, Israel, “My way is hidden from the Lord; my cause is disregarded by my God”? 28 Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. 29 He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. 30 Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; 31 but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint.   - God is our provider. Yes, you can do everything if you act on it but why not involve God to be part of it. Let God be the centre of your life. Pray to God in the morning and pray to God at night. Let Him knows what's happening in your life and get Him involves. Tell Him what you need and give thank to the good thing and bad thing that happened in your life. It is hard but give thank to God for everything.

Psalm 91 by Esther Mui. Music by Esther Mui. Words by New King James Version®. Copyright © 1982 by Thomas Nelson

Psalm 91
1 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the LORD, "He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust."

3 Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler[a] And from the perilous pestilence.
4 He shall cover you with His feathers, And under His wings you shall take refuge;
His truth shall be your shield and buckler.
5 You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, Nor of the arrow that flies by day,
6 Nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, Nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday.

7 A thousand may fall at your side, And ten thousand at your right hand; But it shall not come near you.
8 Only with your eyes shall you look, And see the reward of the wicked.
9 Because you have made the LORD, who is my refuge, Even the Most High, your dwelling place,
10 No evil shall befall you, Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling;
11 For He shall give His angels charge over you, To keep you in all your ways.
12 In their hands they shall bear you up, Lest you dash your foot against a stone.
13 You shall tread upon the lion and the cobra, The young lion and the serpent you shall trample underfoot.

14 "Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him;
I will set him on high, because he has known My name.
15 He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble;
I will deliver him and honor him.
16 With long life I will satisfy him, And show him My salvation."

Isaiah 42:18-20

18 “Hear, you deaf; look, you blind, and see! 19 Who is blind but my servant, and deaf like the messenger I send? Who is blind like the one in covenant with me, blind like the servant of the Lord? 20 You have seen many things, but you pay no attention; your ears are open, but you do not listen.”   - Believers or non-believers, these verses still stand true today. Those who heard not accepting. Those who read not accepting. Those who know still insist to change. How much do we love God?

Here's My Heart by Casting Crowns. He has a great music video for this song at YouTube and VEVO. Watch it and hear what he had said.

Isaiah 43:1 -7

1But now, this is what the Lord says— he who created you, Jacob, he who formed you, Israel:
“Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze. For I am the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior; I give Egypt for your ransom, Cush[a] and Seba in your stead. Since you are precious and honored in my sight, and because I love you, I will give people in exchange for you, nations in exchange for your life. Do not be afraid, for I am with you; I will bring your children from the east and gather you from the west. I will say to the north, ‘Give them up!’ and to the south, ‘Do not hold them back.’ Bring my sons from afar and my daughters from the ends of the earth— everyone who is called by my name, whom I created for my glory, whom I formed and made.”   - Isaiah 43:1-7 is the story of the Israelities but it is a message to you too. If you had accepted God, you are the chosen one. Whoever accepted Christ is the child of God. There is no junior or senior position but only different spiritual gifts from God. Isaiah 43:1-7 spoke not only to Israelities, it speak to us too - the chosen ones. God created you. God had redeemed you. You are His. In any situation, speak to God. For there is no one greater than God. God is your Savior. Again in Isaiah 43:7 everyone who is called by my name, whom I created for my glory, whom I formed and made, God proclaimed we were created for and by God. Worship God, children of God. Put God first, children of God. Follow God, children of God. Never let God leaves your sight.

Psalm 23 The Lord is My Shepherd by Stuart Townend

The Lord's my Shepherd I'll not want
He makes me lie in pastures green
He leads me by the still still waters
His goodness restores my soul
Chorus 1
And I will trust in You alone
And I will trust in You alone
For Your endless mercy follows me
Your goodness will lead me home
Verse 2
He guides my ways in righteousness
And He anoints my head with oil
And my cup it overflows with joy
I feast on His pure delights
(Repeat Chorus)
Verse 3
And though I walk the darkest path
I will not fear the evil one
For You are with me
And Your rod and staff
Are the comfort I need to know

Isaiah 43:10-11

Before me no god was formed, nor will there be one after me. 11 I, even I, am the Lord, and apart from me there is no savior.   - There is no other savior besides our Lord Jesus Christ. Do not be half hearted in your trust and worship to God. Do not say is ok to bow to man made gods or idols. Do not worship your passed away ancestors. Do not say is ok to do Yoga where you know it originates from Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism. God wants our full attention. He wants us and be part of our lives. God wants us to acknowledge Him; He is our Father in heaven, our creator. The first commandment will always stand - Exodus 20:3 You shall have no other gods before Me. And when Jesus was asked by Pharisee which is the greatest commandment when He was here with us, He mentioned again in Matthew 22:37-38 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’[c] 38 This is the first and greatest commandment.

He came and resurrected for us, for our salvation.

Isaiah 43:18-21

18 “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. Forget what you did in the past and look at today and tomorrow. Look at what you can do for yourself and people around you. Remember to pray for God to walk with you till He brings you to heaven. 19 See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? The sun will always shine in the morning and the flowers will never stop blooming. What does it say about us? We can change. Pray for God to give you strength and wisdom. I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland. 20 The wild animals honor me, the jackals and the owls, because I provide water in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland, to give drink to my people, my chosen (the Israelities and you), 21 the people I formed for myself that they may proclaim my praise. Praise the Lord people for all the beautiful things He is creating.

Isaiah 45:19

19 I have not spoken in secret, from somewhere in a land of darkness; I have not said to Jacob’s descendants,
‘Seek me in vain.’ I, the Lord, speak the truth; I declare what is right.   - The moment you know God and accept Him into your life, you will have an understanding of who you are in the eyes of God - a person created for His purpose and extremely well loved by Him. Walk closely with God. Have passion in His words - the bible. Build a strong relationship with God. Your view of the world will no longer be the same. You might be chasing the things that the world desires and you might be thinking that life is just to be born, educated, married, had children, grown old and died. But life is more than this emptiness. You will know that this world is marvelously created by God. You will give thanks to His creation and everything you have in your life. Even the tiny bit will be thankful of. You will not know in full of all these creation of God...but one day you will. 1 Corinthians 13:9-12  9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part, 10 but when completeness comes, what is in part disappears. 11 When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me. 12 For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known. By the grace God, one day you will know in full when you meet Him face to face in heaven.

You are the hope that i cling to
You mean more than this world to me

I wouldn't trade You for silver or gold
I wouldn't trade You for riches untold
You are,
You are my everything

I wouldn't take one step without You
I could never go on
I couldn't live one day without You
I don't have the strength
To make it on my own

Until the stars fade, from the sky
Until the sun stops striving
I need You in my life and here's the reason why!

Isaiah 49:6

I will also make you a light for the Gentiles, that my salvation may reach to the ends of the earth.   - Before Christ was born, it was written salvation is for all. The word of God is meant for all. The church door will always be opened for all who needs God, who wants God - to be loved, to be blessed and to be led. Our Lord Jesus Christ will always be waiting for you. Let Him be part of your life to bless you. All you have to do is to say, "Yes Jesus, you are my God..."

Isaiah 53:5-12

5 But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. 6 We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all. 7 He was oppressed and afflicted, yet he did not open his mouth; he was led like a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before its shearers is silent, so he did not open his mouth. 8 By oppression[a] and judgment he was taken away. Yet who of his generation protested? For he was cut off from the land of the living; for the transgression of my people he was punished.[b]
9 He was assigned a grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death, though he had done no violence, nor was any deceit in his mouth. 10 Yet it was the Lord’s will to crush him and cause him to suffer, and though the Lord makes[c] his life an offering for sin, he will see his offspring and prolong his days, and the will of the Lord will prosper in his hand. 11 After he has suffered, he will see the light of life[d] and be satisfied[e]; by his knowledge[f] my righteous servant will justify many, and he will bear their iniquities. 12 Therefore I will give him a portion among the great,[g] and he will divide the spoils with the strong,[h] because he poured out his life unto death, and was numbered with the transgressors. For he bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.

- His people were suffering. Then Isaiah, the prophet said to His people the Lord would give them a Messiah - a savior who would deliver them from their sufferings. So Jesus Christ came as promised. He was born in a humble way - in a stable. His childhood is unknown. It was mentioned in the Book of Luke that when Jesus was twelve, He was in the temple courts, sitting among the teachers, listening to them and asking them questions. Since then, Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men. In His 30s, Jesus started preaching. He told us who we are - the children of God. He told us the sin of murder, adultery, divorce, the misuse of His name. He told us to forgive others, love our enemies, give to the needy. He taught us how to seek Him. He taught us how to pray, not to worry, because He is our provider - do whatever we can, pray as we go, and leave the rest to God. He healed the sick, cast out demons. He fed four thousands followers with seven loaves of bread and a few small fish. He told us the ways to live and what to come. He told us who He is - our savior, our Father, our God. Eventually, Jesus was nailed to the cross, prosecuted. The day He was taken away from His disciples, stood before the priests, the prosecutors and Pilate till His last breath on the cross, our Lord Jesus Christ suffered very much! He bled and died on the cross. He experienced death and is risen. He went through all these suffering for us so that our sin is forgiven and our relationship with God is restored. This is how great our God is!

How Great Is Our God by Chris Tomlin

The splendor of the King, clothed in majesty
Let all the earth rejoice, let all the earth rejoice
He wraps himself in light and darkness tries to hide
It trembles at his voice

How great is our God, sing with me
How great is our God, all will see how great
How great is our God

Age to age he stands and time is in his hands
Beginning and the end, beginning and the end
The God-head three in one, Father, Spirit, Son
The lion and the lamb, the lion and the lamb

Name above all names, worthy of our praise
My heart will sing how great is our God

Isaiah 55:7

7 Let the wicked forsake their ways and the unrighteous their thoughts. Let them turn to the Lord, and he will have mercy on them, and to our God, for he will freely pardon.   - We have a big God. He forgives whoever seek His forgiveness. We live in a world where people makes mistake, doing things they will regret or doing things that we don't understand why they are doing so but it still happens. Maybe we should put this verse in our day to day prayers to God. Likewise, if there is anything you need God to forgive you, put your heart and hands together, and ask God to forgive you.

8 “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. 9 “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.

At times, your prayers may not be answered. Not because God didn't hear you but because He knows what is best for you. Don't be upset with God but be brave and courageous to seek His will, His ways. You have to remember, God knows what is ahead of you.

I Know The Plans by Martha Munizzi

I know the plans I have for you
I know just what you're going through
So when you can't see
What tomorrow holds
And yesterday is through,
Remember I know,
The plans I have for you

I know the plans I have for you
I know just what you're going through
So when you can't see
What tomorrow holds
And yesterday is through,
Remember I know,
The plans I have for you

To give you hope for tomorrow
Joy for your sorrow
Strength for everything you go through
Remember I know the plans I have for you

Isaiah 55:11

11 so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.   - This verse reminds me the importance of attending church service - listening to Pastor's sermon. Pastors are there to preach the word of God, reminding us what does God wants us to do and by God's grace we can do so. You just need to have faith in yourself and in God. Pray to God every day and every time when you need God to help you. Without God, we can do nothing. With God, everything is possible. This is my song.

I Love The Lord by Whitney Houston

I love the the Lord, he heard my cry
And pitied every groan, long as I, I live
And troubles rise, I hasten to his throne

[Chorus:]
Oh, I love the Lord
I sure do, surely do love the Lord
He heard, he heard my cry
And pitied every groan, yes he did
Every groan
Long as I live, long as I, I live
And troubles rise, troubles rise
I hasten to to to to to
I'll hasten, I'll hasten to his throne
I'll hasten to his throne hold on hold on
Tears are streaming down my eyes
I'll hasten, I'll hasten to his throne

Yes I will, I'll run
I know I can go to his throne
I know I can go, I know I can go
I'll hasten, I'm gonna run
I know I can go, I know I can go
I'll hasten, I'll hasten to his throne

See I can run, Lord you know I will
When there is nowhere to go I know I can go to you
I know I can run to you oh
I'll hasten, I'll hasten to his, his throne
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
I'll hasten, hasten to his throne
Surely gonna be here

Isaiah 58:6-7

6 “Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen: to loose the chains of injustice and untie the cords of the yoke, to set the oppressed free and break every yoke? 7 Is it not to share your food with the hungry and to provide the poor wanderer with shelter— when you see the naked, to clothe them, and not to turn away from your own flesh and blood?   - When it comes to fasting, I thought of hours of not eating - hoping for good things to happen. But Isaiah 58:6-7 mention a different type of fasting - act on it. Stand up and carry out good works. As I read the verses, events in the communities come to my mind. set the oppressed free - crosses and things related to Christianity were removed and prayers were halted. share your food with the hungry - cashiers at certain grocery stores would ask whether you would add $2 to your bill for donation to Food Bank for the unfortunate. provide the poor wanderer with shelter - there are shelters for the poor and needy. And in the winter when weather went bad, shelters were set up for the homeless. when you see the naked, to clothe them - a policeman got a pair of shoes and put it onto the feet of a homeless man laying on the street. not to turn away from your own flesh and blood - anything happened to a person, the police and the media went to the parents. Every child should be loved and be educated to lead a happy blessed life. What were your thoughts when you read these verses? What will you do if you fast?

Isaiah 40:25-31 Song "Those Who Wait on the Lord". by Esther Mui

Isaiah 40:25-31 (NKJV)
25 " To whom then will you liken Me, Or to whom shall I be equal?" says the Holy One.
26 Lift up your eyes on high, And see who has created these things,
Who brings out their host by number; He calls them all by name,
By the greatness of His might And the strength of His power; Not one is missing.
27 Why do you say, O Jacob, And speak, O Israel: " My way is hidden from the LORD,
And my just claim is passed over by my God"?
28 Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the LORD,
The Creator of the ends of the earth, Neither faints nor is weary.
His understanding is unsearchable.
29 Hegives power to the weak, And to those who have no might He increases strength.
30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, And the young men shall utterly fall,
31 But those who wait on the LORD Shall renew their strength;
They shall mount up with wings like eagles,
They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.

Isaiah 58:13-14

13 “If you keep your feet from breaking the Sabbath and from doing as you please on my holy day, if you call the Sabbath a delight and the Lord’s holy day honorable, and if you honor it by not going your own way and not doing as you please or speaking idle words, 14 then you will find your joy in the Lord, and I will cause you to ride in triumph on the heights of the land and to feast on the inheritance of your father Jacob.” For the mouth of the Lord has spoken.   - Is Sabbath still valid today? Yes. You might have to work on Sunday but remember to set aside (at least) an hour to listen to one sermon. By setting aside (at least) an hour to listen to a sermon, you allow yourself to rest and it put your focus your thought back on track towards God. We need God and gather together with our brothers and sisters in Chris to worship God and have fellowship with one another. God words are still relevant to our day to day living today and worship of God and have fellowship with one another are still part of Christian living today. If you look at the world and question who is behind all these creations, we cannot deny there is a God in this world.

Jesus Is Love by Commodores

Father
Help Your children
And don't let them fall
By the side of the road

And teach them
To love one another
That Heaven might find
A place in their hearts

'Cause Jesus is love
He won't let you down
And I know He's mine forever
Oh, in my heart

We've got to walk on
Walk on through temptation
'Cause His love and His wisdom
Will be our helpin' hand

And I know the truth
And His words will be our salvation
Lift up our hearts
To be thankful and glad

That Jesus is love
He won't let you down
And I know He's mine
Deep down in my soul

Jesus is love
Oh, yes, He is
He won't let you down
And I know He's mine, He's mine, He's mine, He's mine, all mine
Forever, oh, in my heart
Help me, heart, heart
Oh, oh

Deep in my heart
I know, I know, I know, I know
Ah, 'cause his love's the power, power
His love's the glory, glory
Forever, ever and ever

Ooh, yeah, yeah, yeah
Ooh, yeah, yeah, yeah
Ooh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah

I wanna follow your star
Wherever it leads me
And I don't mind, Lord
I hope You don't mind

I wanna walk with You
And talk with You
And do all the things
You want me to do

'Cause I know that Jesus
Jesus is love, I know
'Cause I know, Lord
And if You ask, I'll show
Love is the word forever and ever and ever

Who can bring you love? Jesus
Who can bring you joy? Jesus
Who can turn your life around? Jesus, oh

Oh, yeah yeah, yeah
Yeah yeah, yeah
Hey

Who will pick you up, Jesus
When you fall? Jesus
Who'll stand beside you? Jesus
Who will love us all?

Hey, hey, Jesus, yeah, yeah
Jesus, yeah, yeah
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah

One thing I wanna say
Who can heal your body? Jesus
Who can make you strong? Jesus
Who can help you to hold out? Jesus
A little while longer

Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah
Yeah, yeah, yeah
Jesus loves you, yeah, yeah
Jesus wants you
If you call him, he will answer

Jesus, call Him in the mornin'
Jesus, call Him in the evenin'
Jesus, call Him in the midnight hour

Hey, hey, yeah, yeah
Yeah, yeah, yeah
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
Yeah, y'all say it for me
Jesus is love

Isaiah 59:20

20 “The Redeemer will come to Zion, to those in Jacob who repent of their sins,” declares the Lord.

- The verse meant for all. Many deaths happened in this world due to terrorisms, murders, accidents… Our prayers should always be with the victims’ families. May God bless the souls of the dead. May God brings their souls to heaven. What about you? People who has not received Christ into your life. What are you waiting? Our lives are fragile and death may come without our anticipation. Our God, our Redeemer will forgive and accept any one who  repend their sin. You might not wake up tomorrow. You might meet an accident and your last breath goes so fast that you are unable to ask God to forgive you and you are gone. And if you do have a few seconds to breathe and remember to say, "I'm sorry," you may not have a moment to have deep thoughts about it? We must always treasure our lives and live according to how God wants us to live. He is not a God who wants to ruin our lives and have no joy in our lives. He is a God who knows what is best for us and He has so much love for us. Let God be in every single parts of your life right from this moment. God will lead you to the right path.

As The Deer Panteth For The Water

As the deer panteth for the water
So my soul longeth after thee
You alone are my heart's desire
And I long to worship thee

You alone are my strength, my shield
To you alone may my spirit yield
You alone are my heart's desire
And I long to worship thee

You're my friend and you are my brother
Even though you are a king
I love you more than any other
So much more than anything

You alone are my strength, my shield
To you alone may my spirit yield
You alone are my heart's desire
And I long to worship thee

I want you more than gold or silver,
only you can satisfy.
You alone are the real joygiver
and the apple of my eye.

You alone are my strength, my shield
To you alone may my spirit yield
You alone are my heart's desire
And I long to worship thee
