IHS
Talk To Him

Dear Readers,

As Christians, we are called to care and love one another with love and encouraging words and uphold each other in our prayers. As Christians, we are called to trust and obey God and abide in His words. This is a loving and caring community. No matter how the society has changed, which you know it is still the same in the past 2000 years, we must have faith in God who is majestic more than one can imagine.

Hosea 6:1-3

1“Come, let us return to the Lord.
He has torn us to pieces
    but he will heal us;
he has injured us
but he will bind up our wounds.
2 After two days he will revive us;
on the third day he will restore us,
that we may live in his presence.
3 Let us acknowledge the Lord;
let us press on to acknowledge him.
As surely as the sun rises,
    he will appear;
he will come to us like the winter rains,
like the spring rains that water the earth.”

- Hosea son of Beeri during the reigns of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz and Hezekiah, kings of Judah, and during the reign of Jeroboam son of Jehoash king of Israel. The period of disobedience to God. Hosea 6:1-3 No matter where we are in our lives, this passage encourage us. He will heal us, He will bind up our wounds, He will revive us, He will restore us that we may live in His presence. So, let us press on to acknowledge Him in no matter what situations we are in. Day or night God will be there when we call Him. He will come to us like the spring rains that water the earth. He will give us the living water and we will not thirst and will strengthen by His love for us.

Lord You Are My Song - Charity Gayle (ft. Kevin Jones)

Lord You are my song, when I don't have a melody
Lord You are my strength, when life's troubles make me weak

I just wanna take my time and say
You alone are worthy of my praise

Holy One, Perfect Lamb
Christ alone, the Great I Am,
Unchanging, You remain the same
Eternal, words cannot explain So I'll sing Oooo Oooo

Lord you are my hope, when I cannot see the day
Lord you are my sight teach me how to walk by faith

It"s because of Your love, that I am not consumed
I'ts because of Your love, I'm restored, redeemed, renewed.

Hosea 7:11-16

11 “Ephraim is like a dove,
    easily deceived and senseless
now calling to Egypt,
    now turning to Assyria.
12 When they go, I will throw my net over them;
I will pull them down like the birds in the sky.
When I hear them flocking together,
    I will catch them.
13 Woe to them,
because they have strayed from me!
Destruction to them,
because they have rebelled against me!
I long to redeem them
but they speak about me falsely.
14 They do not cry out to me from their hearts
    but wail on their beds.
They slash themselves,[a] appealing to their gods
    for grain and new wine,
but they turn away from me.
15 I trained them and strengthened their arms,
but they plot evil against me.
16 They do not turn to the Most High;
they are like a faulty bow.
Their leaders will fall by the sword
    because of their insolent words.
For this they will be ridiculed
    in the land of Egypt.

- Hosea 7:11-16 is the cry of the parents, "Come back, come back, come back!" Cry to the child not to go astray, not to do bad, not to runaway with bad companies. Come back, come back! This is the cry of Lord Jesus Christ to us. Come back my child and I will lead you, guide you, watch over you, bless you and lead you to heaven for an eternal life with God the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit, and with your brothers, sisters and family in Christ. There is something more then the simple life, empty life you lead. There is something besides the ladder and mountains you are climbing. There is more than raising kids moments. There is more than resting and dying moments. The Lord is part of us. Our Lord Jesus Christ is our redeemer and savior.

Take Over by Shane and Shane

Thirsty, I'm thirsty for you
In a dry land with no drink, I need you
I know you made a home, inside this heart of stone
So turn it into flesh, Spirit, soften it
I give you all I have, I'm holding nothing back
Jesus, I am your's Jesus, I am your's

Take Over, Lover of my Soul
Take Control
I surrender, There's nothing I want more
Than to know you, Lord
To know you

Thirsty, I'm thirsty for you
In a dry land with no drink, I need you
I know you made a home, inside this heart of stone
So turn it into flesh, Spirit, soften it
I give you all I have, I'm holding nothing back
Jesus, I am your's Jesus, I am your's

Take Over, Lover of my Soul
Take Control
I surrender, There's nothing I want more
Than to know you, Lord

What am I supposed to do with all my kingdoms next to you
You're the Lord, You're the Lord
I could gain the world and more
It's all nothing next to you
My reward, my reward Take Over, Lover of my Soul
Take Control
I surrender, There's nothing I want more
Than to know you, Lord

What am I supposed to do with all my kingdoms next to you
You're the Lord, You're the Lord
I could gain the world and more
It's all nothing next to you
My reward, my reward

Hosea 11:1-11

1“When Israel was a child, I loved him, and out of Egypt I called my son. (God loves us so He sent His only Son Lord Jesus Christ to free us from our sinful nature.)
2 But the more they were called, the more they went away from me.[a] They sacrificed to the Baals and they burned incense to images. (Our disobedience from God will lead us to walk away from God.)
3 It was I who taught Ephraim to walk, taking them by the arms; but they did not realize it was I who healed them.
4 I led them with cords of human kindness, with ties of love. To them I was like one who lifts a little child to the cheek, and I bent down to feed them. (The Lord brought Israelities out of Egypt, out of slavery. The Lord departed the sea so the Israelities walked on dried land to escape from captives. The Lord performed miracles. He led the Israelities by clouds in the daytime and led them by fire at night. In the dessert, He gave them water and manna. The Lord led the Israelities to the promised land and the Lord continued to lead them.)
5 “Will they not return to Egypt and will not Assyria rule over them because they refuse to repent?
6 A sword will flash in their cities; it will devour their false prophets and put an end to their plans.
7 My people are determined to turn from me. Even though they call me God Most High, I will by no means exalt them. (Because Israelities continued to call Him God, God will lead them. God will continue to lead us if we call upon Him.)
8 “How can I give you up, Ephraim? How can I hand you over, Israel? How can I treat you like Admah? How can I make you like Zeboyim? My heart is changed within me; all my compassion is aroused. (My child, my child, I am your God.)
9 I will not carry out my fierce anger, nor will I devastate Ephraim again.
For I am God, and not a man—the Holy One among you. I will not come against their cities.
10 They will follow the Lord; he will roar like a lion. When he roars, his children will come trembling from the west.
11 They will come from Egypt, trembling like sparrows, from Assyria, fluttering like doves.
I will settle them in their homes,” declares the Lord.

- A beautiful passage. A parent to His child. God to His children, to us. The history of Israel. Hope you love the word of God just like I do.

Yet Not I But Through Christ In Me by CityAlight

What gift of grace is Jesus my Redeemer
There is no more for heaven now to give
He is my joy, my righteousness, and freedom
My steadfast love my deep and boundless peace.
To this I hope my hope is only Jesus
For my life is wholly bound to His
Oh how strange and divine I can sing all is mine
Yet not I but through Christ in me.

The night is dark but I am not forsaken
For by my side the Savior He will stay
I labor on in weakness and rejoicing
For in my need His power is diplayed
To this I hold my shepherd will defend me
Through deepest valley He will lead
Oh the night has been one and I shall
overcome yet not I but through Christ in me.

No fate I dread I know I am forgiven
The future is sure the prize it has been paid
For Jesus bled and suffered for my pardon
And He was raised to overthrow the grave
To this I hold my sin has been defeated
Jesus now and ever is my plea
Oh the chains are released I can sing I am
free Yet not I but through Christ in me.

With every breath I long to follow Jesus
For He has said that He will bring me home
And day by day I know He will renew me
Until I stand with joy before the throne
To this I hope my hope is only Jesus
All the glory evermore to Him
When the race is complete still my lips shall repeat
Yet not I but through Christ in me

When the race is complete still my lips shall repeat Yet not I but through Christ in me Yet not I but through Christ in me Yet not I but through Chris in me

Hosea 14:1-9

1Return, Israel, to the Lord your God. Your sins have been your downfall!
2 Take words with you and return to the Lord. Say to him: “Forgive all our sins and receive us graciously, that we may offer the fruit of our lips.
3 Assyria cannot save us; we will not mount warhorses. We will never again say ‘Our gods’ to what our own hands have made, for in you the fatherless find compassion.”
4 “I will heal their waywardness and love them freely, for my anger has turned away from them.
5 I will be like the dew to Israel; he will blossom like a lily. Like a cedar of Lebanon he will send down his roots;
6 his young shoots will grow. His splendor will be like an olive tree, his fragrance like a cedar of Lebanon.
7 People will dwell again in his shade; they will flourish like the grain, they will blossom like the vine— Israel’s fame will be like the wine of Lebanon.
8 Ephraim, what more have I to do with idols? I will answer him and care for him. I am like a flourishing juniper;
your fruitfulness comes from me.”
9 Who is wise? Let them realize these things. Who is discerning? Let them understand.
The ways of the Lord are right; the righteous walk in them, but the rebellious stumble in them.

Is a new creation coming? (It is)
Is the glory of the Lord to be the light within our midst? (It is)
Is it good that we remind ourselves of this? (It is)

Is anyone able to break the seal and open the scroll?

Of all blessing and honor and glory?
Is He worthy of this?
He is

Does the Father truly love us? (He does)
Does the Spirit move among us? (He does)
And does Jesus, our Messiah, hold forever those He loves? (He does)
Does our God intend to dwell again with us? (He does)
