God is Leading 20 to 30
- Marriage
Genesis 2:18, 2:21-24 18 The Lord God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.” 21 So the Lord God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man’s ribs and then closed up the place with flesh. 22 Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man. 23 The man said, “This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called ‘woman,’ for she was taken out of man.” 24 That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh.
Comments: If you have the blessing from God to marry, God will bless you. Pray to God for a suitable mate. One who will love you, care for you and be with you till the end. Nothing beats God's blessing.

- Start a Family
1 Samuel 1:11, 1:19-20 11 And she made a vow, saying, “Lord Almighty, if you will only look on your servant’s misery and remember me, and not forget your servant but give her a son, then I will give him to the Lord for all the days of his life, and no razor will ever be used on his head.” 19 Early the next morning they arose and worshiped before the Lord and then went back to their home at Ramah. Elkanah made love to his wife Hannah, and the Lord remembered her. 20 So in the course of time Hannah became pregnant and gave birth to a son. She named him Samuel, saying, “Because I asked the Lord for him.”
Comments: Have you been waiting to conceive? Pray to God for His blessing. Tell God all about this child you want. Ask God to bless your womb with a healthy child. |
- Yes Be Yes and No Be No
Matthew 5: 33-37 33 “Again, you have heard that it was said to the people long ago, ‘Do not break your oath, but fulfill to the Lord the vows you have made.’ 34 But I tell you, do not swear an oath at all: either by heaven, for it is God’s throne; 35 or by the earth, for it is his footstool; or by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the Great King. 36 And do not swear by your head, for you cannot make even one hair white or black. 37 All you need to say is simply ‘Yes’ or ‘No’
Comments: Let everything we do be yes or no. Let us take our vows seriously be it marriage or relationship with God. |
- Reconcile
Matthew 5:23-24 23 “Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother or sister has something against you, 24 leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled to them; then come and offer your gift.
2 Corinthians 5:18-20 18 All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: 19 that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. 20 We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God.
Comments: It doesn't matter who you are not having a good relationship. It can be your dad, mom, sibiling, friend, etc. God sent His only Son, Jesus Christ, to restore our relationship with Him. We are created in His image and called to reconcile with one another as in Matthew 5 and with God in 2 Corinthians 5. It doesn't matter where you are right now but you will find restoring a sad relationship is best in any ways. No more hurt, no more pain but only joy and peace with one another. |
